OUR STORY
ONE COLLECTOR. ONE SILHOUETTE. ONE PAIR AT A TIME.
Raremax started the way most good collections do — with one pair of Air Max 95s and no intention of stopping. What began as hunting grails for the personal rotation turned into sourcing them for other people, and the shop grew from there.
We don't buy bulk and we never will. Raremax runs on an archival approach: every pair is individually selected because it deserves a place — whether that's an affordable everyday wearer or a one-off grail. If it's on the site, it earned the spot.
New pairs land in small weekly drops, announced first on Instagram. Blink and it's in the Archive.
THE ARCHIVAL APPROACH
SOURCED
Hand-picked, never bulk. From general-release heat to collabs you'll never see on shelves.
VERIFIED
Every pair checked in-hand before listing — stitching, materials, box labels, size tags. No exceptions.
ARCHIVED
Sold pairs stay on record in the Archive — proof of pedigree, and a wishlist for re-sourcing.
WHAT WE STOCK
Exclusively Nike. Overwhelmingly 95s — around nine in every ten pairs — with TNs and the wider Air Max family filling out the racks when a pair earns its place.
OUR AUTHENTICITY PROMISE
REAL PAIRS. FULL STOP.
The rare Air Max market is full of convincing fakes — it's the number one way buyers get burned, and it's the reason Raremax exists. Every pair we sell is verified in-hand before it's listed: stitching, materials, shape, box labels and size tags. If we're not certain, it doesn't go up. That's why our customers come back.
Coming later this year: our full guide series on how to spot fakes — the exact checks we run on every pair, made public. Follow @raremaxr to know when it drops.
